The fact that John and all the front desk employees also house keepers and the maintenance man all go above and beyond to make sure that my family and I are safe and help us with whatever we need is awesome if there was a thousand percentage in place this place deserve more..thank you and we are very grateful in the help and support you are are like family and I would recommend this place to anyone you guys fore sure have my vote thank you

the location was good for my crew working at Universal Studios, this is the 1st Extended Stay that had positive reviews, we have stayed in others in the area, but those places were dirty and run down, they remodeled it just in the last couple of years.

Staff was very nice, helpful, friendly. Room was a good size for a family of 5 with a pull out couch.

The manager and the staff are amazing here. They are right there to help and they keep everything clean. We stayed here quite a while for temporary housing and have been as happy as one can be living in a hotel. We always felt safe and very welcomed.

the location it was close to the park we was there for universal studio,island adventure and volcano bay.. it was plenty of restaurant in the area and stores.. the bed was very comfortable
